Vantis is designed around simple account delivery and minimal operational data.
Information We Use
We may keep the customer name, contact email, plan, customer code, subscription status, expiry date, and usage counters needed to operate the account portal.
Payments
Online payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider. Vantis does not need to store full card details on its own systems.
Operations
Service infrastructure may process technical connection data required to provide access, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, and maintain service reliability.
